Terms of service
Terms for using ACC.
Last updated: 9 September 2026
Technical draft: these terms require qualified Lebanese legal review before publication or use as a final contract. They do not resolve contracting-party authority or legal-capacity questions.
1. Service
ACC provides software that helps restaurants handle customer conversations, orders, reservations, and related restaurant operations. Customers can choose English or Arabic and may send text or voice messages. A restaurant remains responsible for its menu, availability, pricing, operating rules, fulfilment, staff decisions, and customer relationship.
2. Restaurant responsibilities
- Provide accurate and current menu, price, availability, hours, pickup, delivery, and item-change information.
- Review confirmed orders and handle preparation, delivery, refunds, complaints, and customer support.
- Protect dashboard credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
- Use ACC and customer information only in accordance with applicable law and the restaurant’s own obligations.
3. Price and founding offer
ACC is currently free for early restaurants (USD $0 per month), instead of the standard USD $99 per month. Contact ACC to confirm the offer details for your restaurant. A written activation or service agreement should confirm any future paid pricing, billing start, payment method, taxes, cancellation, and restaurant-specific terms before a paid service begins.
4. Availability and changes
ACC may need maintenance, provider changes, or temporary restrictions to protect service reliability and security. No software service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Material commercial or service changes should be communicated through the agreed restaurant contact.
5. Acceptable use
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, misuse messaging channels, send unlawful content, or use ACC to violate another person’s rights. ACC may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, restaurants, the service, or legal obligations.
6. Data and privacy
Data handling is described in the privacy notice. Restaurant-specific data roles, instructions, retention, and deletion obligations should be confirmed in the final service documentation.
7. Final agreement and contact
This public draft is not a substitute for a reviewed service agreement and does not by itself settle who has authority or legal capacity to contract for ACC or a restaurant. Questions may be sent to bakerjammoil@gmail.com.
